Something vital is coming to Welland.
The countdown has begun. We officially open registrations in exactly
🏛️ Welcome to Welland’s Digital Town Square
We refuse to give up on our city.
CityofWelland.com is a dynamic online gathering place built exclusively for adults aged 21 and above who call Welland home. It's where residents come together to share stories, spark conversations, and strengthen the connections that make this city special.
For too long, our local discussions have been scattered across corporate social media platforms that track our data, target us with 2,000+ distracting ads a month, and feed our ideas into AI models. Worst of all, those algorithms thrive on division—not real-world action.
This platform is the anti-Facebook. It is a secure, private, distraction-free engine built specifically for residents who love Welland's heart. We are uniting to clean up our streets, protect our parks, rebuild a traditional culture that honors faith and family dinner tables, and encourage our kids to unplug and play safely.
This isn't a place just to complain about what Welland used to be. This is our launchpad. Whether you want to roll up your sleeves for a grassroots neighborhood cleanup, advocate for better housing infrastructure, or help restore safety to our downtown core, there is a seat at this table for you.

📈 Partner With Us: Local Advertising for Real Impact
Building a secure, independent alternative to big tech requires serious infrastructure, security, and hosting costs. To keep our platform thriving, we do not sell your data or use corporate tracking networks.
Instead, we partner directly with local Welland businesses who share our values.
Because we limit our ad space to ensure a clean, distraction-free environment, spots are highly competitive. By advertising on our platform, your business banner will be injected directly into our active community feeds and local directories—reaching highly engaged, local consumers who want to support businesses that care about Welland.
